All Returned Items must be in the original packaging or envelope. BizBuyz.net is not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment. All returns must have a pre approved RMA; any returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned at your expense. Do not write the RA number or stick labels on the original packaging, as that will make it non-resalable. Request an RMA by
Credit will not be given until the product in question has been received back by BizBuyz.net.
Freight will only be credited for BizBuyz.net errors. All returns must be sent back freight pre-paid.
Any returns that are sent back freight collect will be refused. Short shipments and wrong item shipments must be reported to BizBuyz.net within 5 days of receipt.
Requests for returns resulting from BizBuyz.net errors must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Product that is returned without an associated RMA, and returned product that was not originally purchased from us will be returned to you at your expense.
All orders placed for non-stocking items cannot be refused, cancelled, or returned.
Warranty: Remanufactured and compatible cartridges for copiers, printers, and fax machines are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. If, at any time, BizBuyz.net’ compatible parts and supplies fail to perform according to the aforementioned, BizBuyz.net will replace the item or credit the full purchase price.
BizBuyz.net warranty coverage does not include freight related damage or improper installation, storage, or abuse of the products. BizBuyz.net liability is limited to the value of the product that is sold. BizBuyz.net will not be held liable for consequential damages to systems or components internal or external. Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of said product.
All OEM products are sold with full manufacturer’s warranty.
Non Defective Returns: You may return most new, unopened items sold by BizBuyz.net within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong item and/or change in item preference. All returns must be sent back freight pre-paid. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please include a note with your order number and RMA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
Any non-defective return received that is not 100% resalable (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels) will be returned. You the Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. Accessories such as the warranty card, software CD, all cables, manuals and any other components within the original packaging must be included in the return. If a promotional free item came with the product, that must be returned as well. BizBuyz.net may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.
Defective or DOA ( Dead on Arrival ): All claims of defective product must be made within 180 days of invoice date. This applies to compatible product only, all OEM products sold are covered under the Manufactures Warranty. All defective products must be sent returned freight prepaid. All Defective returns will be inspected and toner cartridges will be weighed. Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be less than 70% full on return will be charged to your account. The credit amount will be calculated as follows - ( Original Purchase Price ) - 70% = $Refund amount. Product that is found to be non-defective or used will not be credited, such product will be returned to you at your expense. All defective products must be returned in its original packaging. All defective non-stocking items can be returned within 20 days of invoice date with a letter from a certified technician confirming defect.
Hardware Returns: All OEM hardware items like printers, faxes, copiers, and monitors etc. are guaranteed by the respective manufacturer. In case of defects please refer to documents inside the product carton to contact the manufacturer directly and address all warranty issues directly by the manufacturer. Warranty information for most used or refurbished hardware will be provided on the product detail pages of each respective product.
